Founded by Serge and Amandine KAY, Kay Entreprise has been in business since 2019, showing professionals how to increase their leadership skills so that they can improve their sales revenue.
Kay Entreprise provides a wide variety of service from beginners to advanced training by using techniques and strategies learned for years in sport, battle fields and from the best in the world. The Kay moto business is “A healthy mind in a healthy body”
KAY Serge has served for 20 years with the famous elite troop of the French Foreign Legion, mainly as a paratrooper with the 2°REP. As such, he has been deployed on several occasions to conflict zones around the world such as Afghanistan. Today Kay is married and father of 4 children and he is a recognized leadership expert, speaker, coach and author. His war now is mainly to help business owners achieve their goals and have a fulfilling life, through techniques and strategies learned from his rich career in sport, army and from the best in the world.

When we started thinking and talking about building our company, some people especially close friends said we were crazy.
But we had a clear vision of what we wanted to build. We wanted to build a big company where employees will be happy to come and to work. We wanted to create a family of likeminded people at work, where everyone share the same vision and values.
Today our dream has come true and we are just getting started. We want to make a positive impact in the world by helping hundreds of thousands business owner and simple citizens live a greater life.
We believe improving ourselves never stops it is an ongoing process. So we learn, grow and become better together.
We believe every one out there is qualified to achieve greatness and earn as much money as they can. They only need to be in the right environment, have the right mentor, the right skillset and toolset and to do the work.
